Shipping and Delivery
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- Shipping charges for Domestic Orders are Free.
- For express deliveries, please contact us for the additional charges based on your geographical location
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- All orders are processed from our headquarters in Noida, UP, India
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.
- The shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s).
- Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
- Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery
- All orders are processed from our headquarters in Noida, UP, India
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

- Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
- Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.

- For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
