RETURN & EXCHANGE
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.
The products can be returned/exchanged given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We do not provide returns/exchanges on customized or made to order standard size products.
The customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call or WhatsApp our customer care number +91-9873208747 . Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you. Against all cancellations, we offer a credit note of the same amount which can be used for your next purchase.
All returns costs will be borne by the customer. Products should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with the designer tags still attached.
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Once we receive the return in our warehouse, the product will go through a stringent quality check process before we update and approve the exchange. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. However, should the issue remain unresolved, the store will offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase. The store credit must be redeemed within 6 months of credit being issued.

TAXES & DUTIES
If the country of shipment is within India, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes.
In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note : Varun Nidhika is unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.

Varun Nidhika reserves the right at our discretion to discontinue, suspend or amend the offer and these Terms & Conditions at any time without any notice.
